Board Resolution No.02 s., 2013

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COOPERATIVE BANK OF COTABATO – MIDSYAP BRANCH TO LIFT THE SUSPENSION OF THE COTABATO CITY STATE POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE FACULTY MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEESSS TO AVAIL ON SALARY LOAN PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, on the regular monthly meeting of the CCSPC-Faculty Association, Inc. officers held last May 3, 2013, this Resolution No. 1 was raised and approved for the request of the lifting of the loan suspension of the CCSPC Borrowers from the Cooperative Bank of Cotabato-Midsayap Branch. WHEREAS, in the Memorandum of Agreement between the CBC and the CCSPC, the borrowers have the right to renew their Salary Loan after one (1) year payment of monthly amortization;

WHEREAS, the CCSPC Borrowers manifest their intention to renew their Salary loan to renew their salary loan to augment their financial capabilities for the enrolment of their children this school year 2013-14;

WHEREFORE, the CCSPC Faculty Association, Inc. officiers duly request the CBC Midsayap Branch management and the CCSPC President Dr. Dammang S. Bantala to lift the suspension of the CCSPC Borrowers, effective May 2013.

IN WITNESS THEREFORE, we the Officers of the CCSPC Faculty Association, Inc. has affix our signature this 3rd day of May 2013.
