1.0 Proposed Thesis Title:
“Enrollment System of SAF School (Elementary and Highschool)”
2.0 Area of Investigation:
Nowadays computer serves as an important role in our society, most especially in school premise. Most school uses computer to help their students deal in our modern technology. But as the population of the students continue to grow, many school face difficulties in handling their enrolment in a manual process. And one of the solutions in this problem is to make their manual enrollment into a computerized system.
3.0 Reasons for choice of Project:
Enrollment System is very essential in a school. In the case of SAF School, it is composed of a manual system. Directress used manual system in recording and retrieving student’s information. She also has information about student’s payment. In fact, she does all the record keeping just by using ballpen and columnar sheet. On the other hand, Registrar Department also used manual system as a way of recording and retrieving student information. Another department is Accounting Office that administers student’s payment manually.
Above our observation, human interventions will highly involve in this type of system. As a result, this may involve errors and redundancy of data resulting troubles in organization.
4.0 Importance of the study:
It is important in such a way that it benefits not only the student but the administration as a whole. It lessens the workload, and provides accurate information.
5.0 Target Users/Beneficiaries:
The target users and beneficiaries are the students who will enroll at SAF School.
