Enrollment Thesis

The system design project, Enrollment System that will provide the needed and storing information in a faster, more convenient way by storing file of the student enrollees in a computer system that will lessen the effort of faculty staff in storing files of each student every now and then. This will also serve as information especially for the irregular students, freshmen, transferee, and professor in able to get access in course, subject, professor, and student enrollees.
This information here can be viewed in just a second without worrying that a single file is lost. The idea behind a enrollment system is not a new concept. As student enrollees increase every year, enrollment procedure become harder to deal. This will only serve to increase the problem facing enrollment that provides more easy way in enrolling.
This will also be a big help to all the enrollment staff especially under the computer department because they are the one who are entitled to touch and read the information from here. It will help our institution to have another system that will upgrade the enrollment processes so as to meet the quality that our institutions are trying to meet.
Today, the use of technology has been an effective tool on improving such kind of enrollment system. In this study, the use of Visual Basic 6.0 will help to improve the efficiency of the enrollment in the Nereo Joaquin National High School.

A computer based system is a system in which the computer plays a major role and this kind of system is needed by every companies and institutions nowadays. This is the best way of storing and retrieving data on a server or hard disk rather than using papers and file cabinets. This will help the registrar of Nereo Joaquin National High School generates a quick and efficient data they need.
Nereo Joaquin National High Sschool use a manual method in their enrollment system. As a result they encountered unexpected problems like loss of information and slow transaction. As the proponents conducted their research and analyze the existing system, they’ve decided to recommend a computer based enrollment system at that enables the faculty and administration of the school to gain a good services for every students and to address the problems that occurs because of their manual enrollment system so that institution will be one or the leading institution in the province.

Background of the Study
As the rapid improvement in our technology arises today, many useful and efficient machines are being used. One example is the enrollment process from the traditional way to a computerized one.

Enrollment system is the must have system in a school. When a student is enrolling for a specific course the school requires all the necessary information of the enrollee. When the school retrieves the important information from the student, the encoder now should input the details of the student in the enrollment system. In the enrollment system, the school can trace what are the standings of the students. The data of the student are inserted in the enrollment system it includes payment, subjects, number of units, section, subject rooms, etc. Lack of enrollment system in a school it can lead to chaos and troubles, the students will be confuse on what they should do and how they will do to be able to enroll. It is extremely useful in the school in the way of making the processes of enrolling much easy.
