carcinogenesis go through profound changes in DNA methylation which was the first epigenetic modifications recognized in cancer . A cancer epigenetic undergo different change in methylation of the DNA , include , genome-wide hypomethylation and specific promoter hypermethylation . The exact mechanism which lead to these modification in the methylation of the genome is not fully understood , and these global changes are still under investigation, recent studies suggest that some of the change in the DNA methylation occur early in cancer development and those change may have a lead to cancer initiation

Growing up in the Boston area, both boys did well in high school: they were strong students in the classroom and decent athletes on the field, and they got along with their peers. Like many young people, the brothers drank the occasional beer, smoked cigarettes and experimented with marijuana. Then, in college, they tried cocaine. For Greg, the experience derailed his life.
