There are many in my Indian American community who came to America under similar circumstances, and went on to be very successful. This inclusive environment, full of recognition, acceptance, and celebration of similarities and differences is the primary factor for this success. My observation of different social and economic environments around the world has enriched my beliefs and values, and made me who I am today. The knowledge I have acquired from these experiences has made me unique, and helped me view the world differently. I have made an impact at my high school through participation in various community service opportunities and clubs.
