It is a sin for Prometheus to write or think of something if his “Brothers” do not see it or think of the same things. But Prometheus still does it in his secret spot where he goes to when everyone is suppose to be at the theatre. Everyone in the society does not know how they look and they never ask their brothers to describe how they look because it is a sin to have concerns for their own faces and bodies. The people that got wiped for breaking the law did not show any pain because they were raised to have no concerns for their bodies. Like the time this one guy was killed because he said the unspeakable word. Prometheus’ curse is to be different. He has thoughts that are forbidden. Prometheus created the light bulb and he showed it to the World Council of Scholars. When he showed them they all ran from the table that Prometheus placed the box of light bulbs. One member from the World Council of Scholars said “How dare you think that your mind held greater wisdom than the minds of your brothers” (Ayn Rand, Anthem, page 71).
