Sequence of implantation locations
Manufacturing, final assembly and services facilities related to manufacturing are a priority since they are the ones that involve in the most pressing business developments and highest cost.
Sequence of implementation tasks and issues:
1- Creating ownership through vision creation and user preparation
One of the big lessons learned in implementing such huge projects is the need for inclusivity. Therefore a sequence of issues and steps must be created:
• Sponsorship from top management (Project champion, project sponsor, etc.) to senior, middle, and lower management
• Visioning process and producing visioning document
• Identifying KPIs
• Visioning Workshop
• Aligning proposed vision and KPIs
• Communication: “Road show” presentations, promotional messages, newsletters, broadcasts in emails and postings on company’s intranet
• Process ownership

2- Handling Change Management
• Assigning a change leader
• Ensuring that the vision is understood at all levels and functions by presenting an overview of the project, the processes, the roles and how all these elements were tied together.
• providing project team with the proper Education and implementation tools
• Provide proper and extensive training on Essentials and conduct “How to accept Change” sessions with special attention to appropriate timing and quantity and quality of training.
• Build on the trainers gained experience and reward people for achieving higher levels of knowledge.
• Perform needed changes to roles and responsibilities before deployment to give time to people to adapt to new roles before having to adapt to the new system
3- Project Management
• Organize the project team suitable for the project to ensure motivation and commitment and to create e feeling of collective effort
