The terms and conditions of my employment are as stated in a staff handbook that all new members of staff must read and sign before commencing employment. It states a job description which describes the duties and responsibilities of my position and that any future position is dependant on a successful probationary period, confirmation of the length of probationary period and what happens at the end of this period. It states the hours of work expected, breaks and a description on holiday entitlement, when to book and how. It explains that a criminal records bureau check is a necesity and how much I will be paid and how. About the company's rights to make deductions for overpaid or damages. It details of notice of termination, by either party

    The terms and conditions of my own contract of employment consist off; statement issue date - this is the date that i became employeeed by Choochoos. Job title - this is what job role i have employeed as. Place of work - this is the address that i will be working at.
