In Escape to Wild it shows a rapid growth in online orders which resulted in strong export sales and overall business expand. Since the strong demand for outdoor clothing and expansion strategy continue to stretch staffing resources. So company need to more staff. If the jobs are designed properly, then highly efficient managers will join the organisation. They will be motivated to improve the productivity and profitability of the organisation. However, if the jobs are designed badly, then it will result in absenteeism, high labour turnover, conflicts, and other labour problems.

Organisation should have policies I place so any outcome happen and just as importantly to prevent discrimination.
Escape to Wild mangers are concern on inconsistencies in job description and also employees also concern about inconsistencies in terms and conditions. They are dissatisfied with what they see as an unfair approach to Human resources issues. Also some staff are leaving.
