There are ten rules to live by to achieve ENFJ success, which I absolutely love. They go as follow: feed your strength, face your weaknesses, express your feelings, make decisions, smile at criticism, be aware of others, be aware of yourself, be gentle in your expectations, assume the best, and when in doubt, ask questions! The two rules that I can apply to my life experiences are smile at criticism and feed your strength. However, some of these rules go hand in hand with each other. Such as when it comes to criticism you smile and assume for the best instead of thinking negatively. Sometimes I find myself to get offended at criticism, it’s a normal reaction. Being in a design major, we have weekly critiques but the outcome of them help strengthen my work. It’s a matter of encouraging growth and being content with the development
