CONSULTANCY PROJECT PROPOSAL
TITLE
The increasing of sales in SBC Company.
REQUIREMENT
The consultant has been invited to work with marketing management team and explore the opportunities of increasing more sales of product in SBC Company, so the consultant must advice the company which strategy or measure should take in order to increase more sales of product, such as Mirinda, Pepsi, Seven Up in order to compete with other beverage Company for instance Cocacola.
OVERALL AIMS
To give the client a clear sense of direction for the way in which they might increasing of sales of product in SBC Company, in order to compete with other company for instance Cocacola which produced the same product
OBJECTIVES
The consulting project aims at: * Evaluate how you can increase sales of products in SBC Company * Identify how can promote and improve the product to the customer segments * Identify major competitors of the business * Evaluate what those competitors offer and identify how they might develop a competitive edge * Summarize the key findings of the firm of a brief for the increasing sales of product.
OUTCOMES
* As result of consulting exercise the firm will be able to develop the strategies which can help them to increasing sales such as use of 6R’s, Right Quantity, Right Quality, Right Price, Right Place, Right Time
