What is behind every famous person? Behind of every person there is a story. Nowadays there are a lot of good singers. Some of them are recognized for their talent while others are for scandals. It is important to emphasize that some are still famous despite starting their careers a long time ago. They are still playing their songs on the radio. Let’s just remember the two spectacular singers who song at the “World Cup” Shakira and Jennifer Lopez. They both came from a long way to be where they are now.
Shakira was born in Barranquilla, Colombia. She is the only child of her parents, but she has eight older half-siblings. Since she was a child, she has been fascinated with music. She wrote her first poem when she was four year old. According to my research in Wikipedia, Shakira says that at school, she had been known as "the belly dancer girl", as she would demonstrate her talent every Friday at school. She would show off a number that she had learned. That's how she discovered her passion for live performance.
Shakira is a native Spanish speaker who speaks fluent English and Portuguese, as well as some Italian, French, Catalan and Arabic. She likes to study the language of the country she visits. Shakira began dating Argentinian lawyer Antonio de la Rua in 2000. After 10 years together, she and de la Rúa had separated in August 2010. However, Shakira is currently in a relationship with the Spanish football player Gerard Piqué They met in spring 2010 in the official video song of the 2010 FIFA World Cup In September 2012.
Shakira gave birth to the couple's son, Milan Piqué Mebarak, on January 22, 2013 in Barcelona, Spain, where the family resides. The couple are now expecting their second child together.
