3/1/2015 Did you know that everyone has a talent?
Many people believe that they don’t have a talent. I never considered myself talented; I
can’t cook or sing. I ‘am not good at piano or drawing. Then I realized that talents can look different for people. When I began thinking differently I realized I really do have some valuable talents. I’m talented because I am able to Observe, Multitask and learn quickly.
My first talent is that I observe what is around me. I consider myself observation because
when I couldn’t understand the language I started observing everything that was around me. This help me adapt myself within the education system of the United States. At the beginning it was hard because I was kind of depending on others. I don’t like to depend on other, but as I started to look what was happening I developed the capacity to observe my surroundings. Every year, I am adding more experience to his talent. I know that this will help me in the career that I want to do. My second talent is to multitask. I’m able to focus on two thing at the same time. When I
was in Dominican Republic I developed this skill. My teacher there challenged me all the time by giving me multiple work to focus on at the same time. They just give me an hour to finish.
This skill helps me a lot when I transfer to United State by adding more practice. This skill
became a talent in my second year in high school. I was able to do multiple assignment s work but also listen to the information that the teacher was giving in the class. I realized that multitasking helped me pass all of my classes.
