The introverts and the extroverts are the characteristic of human personality. According to Jung theory “each person seems to be energized more by either the external world or the internal world” (http://www.myersbriggs.org). Extroverts are more confident, energetic, and likes social situations. They tend to be more outgoing and interested in looking for excitement. While, introverts tend be more reserved and less outgoing. In other words, extroverts are someone who gain energy by interacting with others and, introverts are someone who is energized by being alone. However, being an introverts does not necessarily mean that they are shy or lonely; in fact, they listen more and talk less.
Extroverts are who energized by social situations. Extroverts are more outgoing and open. They like being center of attention. They are more likely to achieve positions of leadership than are introverts. They think outside of themselves, make decisions by discussing with others, and often communicate a situation verbally.
