1. Competitive Government: It “systematically explores the hypothesis that governments are internally competitive, that they are competitive in their relations with each other and in their relations with other institutions in society which, like them, supply consuming households with goods and services” (Breton, 1998). It is likely a competitive government may put workers in a stress while performing its bureaucracy.

Which is the least effective approach?
Overall, in my opinion, the most effective approach would be privatization that the federal bureaucracy takes the private sector’s approaches and principles as a major role to implement in the government. The least effective approach would be Competitive Government because it might put some extra work and stress on workers and executives.
