Fortunately, I have been enabled to commence the journey of self-actualization whilst being a student in the professional ethics course. This opportunity allows for me to correlate certain attributes of my personality with the expectations involved in being an ethical healthcare professional. The Leadership Workshop on Personality necessitated that all participating students complete the MBTI in order to reflect on how certain qualities have the potential to affect the way we navigate professionalism in the workplace.
