just a piece of cake. In order to achieve a healthy lifestyle as a teenager, you need to follow the do’s and the don’ts. First and foremost, you need to eat a balance meal. Your meals should consist the right amount of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, fibres and fats. For instance, by taking milk, dairy products, liver and fish that contains vitamin D which is needed to form strong bones and teeth.
