This may sound very typical, but as a very young girl I already knew what my purpose in this world was, to serve others; to find the satisfaction in knowing that I can help change the world one person at a time. To me, being a nurse is far more than a job or even a career. It's a continuous learning process that I look forward to each day, in search of life changing events and providing miracles for those in need. As a short-term career goal, I have applied for my BSN and hope to complete it by 2017 as well as hoping to finding an internship that will help guide me and prepare me and even challenge me as I lead on the path of becoming an experienced Registered Nurse. I have definite plans to further my education in the future, but I know that I have so much more to learn about being a nurse before I can make any definite statements about wanting a particular degree.
