I remember when my family Immigrated to Canada, it was very stressful time for everyone involved. I had to endure countless screening processes, invasive medical examinations and a ridiculous amounts of paperwork. Upon completion of all these tedious tasks I took off for greener pastures. After what felt like eons of flight I arrived at the Calgary Airport, bursting at the seams with optimism and hope. Fast track a couple of weeks later and I am sitting at the designated bus stop nervous, eager to experience Canadian school and rekindle my social life.
