Situation
Trying to find harmony at school or work can sometimes be difficult, especially when you are dealing with a bunch of women. I don’t know why, but in my experience this is more common with women than it is with men. A majority of women seem to thrive on drama, and keeping things stirred up. They tend to knock each other down instead of trying to help build each other up. Unfortunately, with these situations a mob mentality seems to ensue, or people are afraid they won’t be liked if they don’t join in on the bashing of other people.

Most of us in my generation were taught to treat others as you would want to be treated. However, the more I learn about the younger generations the less I see that type of consideration. But, that does not mean that I have lost hope that we can pull together and be a more positive influence on others. I feel that if given a choice people will do better if they learn to be better. I see these changes trying to be instilled in the students in my own academic environment. That tells me that other people also share those aspirations. Join me today to help build a better
