Have you ever stood up for what you believed in? Well you're not alone. In a world with billions of people come billions of opinions. For some it's hard for them to state their opinion and they choose to follow the crowd, instead of speaking up. There are so many people on this Earth they can't be the only person with a specific attitude. Although nonconformity is a way of stating your own opinion and not following the masses there are still several other humans who have the same opinion. Nonconformity is another way of conforming because there will always be someone who has the same opinion. Many declare that by freely saying you opinion to people who don't agree with you is being nonconformist. If you go against the "common opinion" that makes you a nonconformist. This is incorrect. There is such a large amount of people on this Earth that you can't be the sole person who believes in a certain thing. This puts you in a group where there are standards for being in that group. In response to that some claim that you can go out of those standards, but this will only form a new group. With all of these groups there is the thought that one of those many groups is bound to stick out, but how can you stick out if there isn't one specific group to stick out of? You can't. Nonconformity is simply equivalent with conformity. In conclusion, conformity is all around as and there is not a true way to get out of it.
