The Pepsi era began when a young pharmacist by the name of Caleb Bradham who was looking for different ways to attract people to his pharmacy developed Pepsi in the summer of 1898. Through trial and error trying to develop something that would bring people to his pharmacy he decided to invent a drink, the drink that is now known around the world as Pepsi-Cola. Caleb first started to market his product to his clients and with great feedback on the drink he began to advertise it to the public.
