After Queenie finally received Arthur’s autopsy results, it was concluded that he died from a wound on the head and that he had been drunk. Queenie possibly saw her chance to try and make it seem like Arthur fell down the stairs, when she actually hit him on the head with an object and placed him at the end of the stairs. Another theory is she could have pushed him down the stairs and he possibly hit his head while coming down the stairs. Queenie could be innocent because Arthur was drunk when he died, so others might think that he really did fall down the stairs. Queenie might not have done anything to help him because maybe she was in shock and didn't know what to do. She also might have left the club early because she felt that something was wrong because she hadn't heard from her husband all night. Since Arthur was drunk, it's a big possibility that he fell down the stairs, but the fall probably didn't kill him; therefore, Queenie is guilty of killing Arthur. Queenie was with Arthur when other people weren't, and that gave her time to commit the crime. She was drunk when Arthur died, so it is possible that she didn't realize what she was doing. The police could use this evidence as a theory for the crime and a reason to convict Queenie of
