There has always been a heated debate over racism. Lots of debaters, authors and experts have engaged in global discussions about this controversial issue whom have been either proponents or opponents of this public concern. While it may seem that the debate has resulted in racial equality there is still a large amount of evidence proving that racial equality has not become global and not all people agree on the real racial equality of humans.

This step plays a great role in active promotion of racial equality and should be taken seriously as it is the most apparent approach to the policy. Thus it is awareness, advertising and education that play a significant role.
All these mentioned policies should be considered by both society and by people in authority. These policies may seem to overlap in some cases, however everyone should think through them independently. By pursuing these major policies, racial equality will improve actively.
