Moreover, it will take time for the board, to collaborate and concur with the whole. It also takes the students opinion upon changing the school time and rearranging their own. Busses do consider the traffic during the later time of day of rush hour, gas spent picking and/or dropping of students and taking a 15 minute trip to school to an an hour drive to get to school.
