This trick completely revolutionized skateboarding. Most tricks today are similar to the ollie. His trick still lives,and later ollie was inducted into the skateboard hall of fame in 2002. Torger Johnson, Woody Woodward and Danny Bearer were some well known skateboarders around this time, what they did looked completely different from what skateboarding is like now. They had a cool way, called "freestyle", which is more like dancing ballet or ice skating with a skateboard.
