In our day care, there were many children with different backgrounds including autism and learning disability children too. Handling those children was one of our biggest task and it is always fruitful to treat them and make them happy always. I also faced a situation where my best friend Sruthi got into half stage of depression because she failed in Mathematics after the Half yearly exam results. She doesn't like to depend upon tuition centres, because from 8th grade most of them were completely depended on tuition centres. As I was an average student, I used to get pass marks in Mathematics. But, after Sruthi's condition I came to know about Lal Sir who is so passionate to teach Mathematics, his tactics of teaching maths was so inspiring and I started to score high marks. Later on, Sruthi accepted my suggestion that I will try my level best to teach her. We both learned together, slowly, her score gradually increased. There are many factors why they can't understand?. Firstly, find out the situation and solve it as soon as possible. Make the atmosphere friendly, deliberately having a cool and calm interaction like a friend is the second step. Always intimate with them using some "inner space analysis (think out of the box concept like both emotionally and practically) " and try to figure out their difficulties, like what they are facing currently. Repeated instructions, if at all given in the right manner, then there won't be any problems like either not responding or if at all showing a disinterested mood. So, the goal with our students should be to build an interactive influence with them. When a student likes, believes and trusts you, they will surely show interest in us. Major factor hidden behind is "Never get frustrated and Treat unequally", because these factors are the main basic reason why students are not responding. We all have gone through that age (Child's concepts, mindset and language), so behave like a child and think through their perspective view, it's easy to take them into our world and speak with them in their simple language of understanding because all are not born like Shakespeare or William Wordsworth, so be like an imaginary angel friend or a cartoon character as well as a responsible figure and matured fellow being for them,
