Without educated youths, it will be impossible to have a future! As a result, empower the youth were being undertaken at the federal and local level; countries put huge efforts to set a will planned strategies that support the educational systems. The education has a direct relationship with rising the economy as it is found in Singapore, one of the world great success stories, as it has been transformed from a developing country to a modern industrial economic country in one generation. Interpret to that, huge changes were in the country education policies, as Singapore government emphasize meritocracy, mathematics, science, and English. Adding to that, the government of Singapore offered technology-oriented certificates and many other post-secondary level courses intention youth to be knowledgeable and educated. Correspondingly to all of those efforts that Singapore offered, their education system ranked on the top of most world systems. Alike, UAE government use youth as the wealth of the future instead of the “black gold” oil and petrol. Thus, the government offered to the Emirate youth excellent education opportunities. In the process of, “UAE government earmarked 20.5% of the 2017 budget is to the educational sectors” [8]. Furthermore, according to [7], the government offered many scholarships to study in one of the private universities or colleges in a local or global term. Not only that!
