April 03th 2012 to present Assist Management with the day to day care of a residential home
Support adults with mental and physical disabilities and learning disabilities/challenging behaviours. Assist with any personal care needs or development needs identified by the service user.
Ensure that all staff follow and maintain confidentiality throughout the home at all times.
Dealing with any Staffing problems to manage staffing in accordance with outcomes 12, 13,

Delegate daily tasks to support team.
Attend social service meetings.
Support management to keep staff training and health and safety procedures up to date.
Money management.
