Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing :

The PIO submitted that the case related to FIR No.345 dated December 15, 2012 is in the court and challan was submitted on 20.05.2013 in the court of Addl District and Sessions Judge, Shri R. S. Rai and the complainant is the mother of the accused who must have received a copy of the same. However, the enquiry conducted

by DSP, Batala against FIR No.345 dated 15.12.2012 is not part of the challan. Moreover, he produced a document that the enquiry related to FIR of 2 kg Nashila Powder under 21-22-61-85 NDPC Act is still under review by IG. He stated that the enquiry conducted by the concerned police officer is with the concerned I. G. The PIO is directed to collect the information i.e. the report of the enquiry relating to said FIR within 07 working days and send some senior official who is well conversant with the facts of the at the next date of hearing.
Decision:

The case is adjourned to 16.09.2013 at 10.00
