ESSAY IS A WRITTEN EXPRESSION OF WRITER'S DIRECT OPINION.
THAT OPINION IS BASED ON OUR BELIEFS. now belief is of further two types:
1. changeable (where there is tendency to change the opinion)
2. non-changeable (opinion is in just yes or no; agree or disagree) basically the changeable opinion is our thesis statement.
* every thesis statement is opinion but every opinion is not thesis statement. types of essays' topics:
1. open topics on which writer's own tendency to prove his opinion statement. any opinion can be formed on open topics. that opinion is basically our thesis statement that we prove in our essay. for example : future of democracy...... so everyone have their own opinions about it... their own way of thinking about it and their own prospects under which they will have opinion about it. and that opinion is their thesis statement.
2. close topics close topics are basically those statement which are already proved and we have to agree or disagree with them. and that agreement or disagreement is our thesis statement.
* one thing must be cleared here that thesis statement must be written carefully because what ever we will write in thesis statement we are bound to discuss that in body of essay. we cannot go out from that. part 2 of essay writing that is most important and everyone must focus on that :
FORMAT OF AN ESSAY/ STRUCTURE OF AN ESSAY:
1. introduction
2. body
3. conclusion
INTRODUCTION:
The basic purpose of introduction is to present the thesis statement. it must consist of one paragraph, relatively short. its start must be from general statement to specific. specific statement is your thesis statement. connectivity is must between general and specific statement. method of writing general statement:
1. direct way expansion of any keyword from topic and related it with thesis statement
2. indirect way quote, question, story, question or verse and co-relate it with thesis statement for example:
