In general, you are required to conform to Harvard referencing style.
Plagiarism will be heavily penalised.

(i) Public law and private law; and
(ii) Civil law and criminal law.

2. Analysez la notion de faute dans la responsabilité civile.

3. Jonathan veut acheter une lampe en argent. En allant faire les boutiques, il tombe sur une lampe correspondant à ce qu’il voulait. Il achète immédiatement la lampe en croyant qu’elle est en argent mais quand il rentre chez lui, il découvre que dans son empressement, il a en fait acheté une lampe en bronze argenté. Il vient vous demander conseil.
