Estancia is settled at the edge of Pinnacle Peak, and symbolizes the astonishing views of Arizona. The Estancia Club opened in 1995 and has 640 acres of Scottsdale’s famous landmark Pinnacle Peak surrounding it. The European-style, 32,000 square feet, Estancia Clubhouse has a private dining area and a grill where residents and guests can enjoy a decent meal after a round of golf. There are also several sporting activities; the clubhouse features a swimming pool with a lap lane, tennis courts and a fitness room. Tom Fazio designed this 18-hole championship golf course that offers 7,314 yards of magnificent golf, grassland foliage, and spectacular views.
