Ethical issues regarding the organization are possible use of findings and restrictions imposed on research design (Kumar, 2011). With regard to the Researches, introducing bias, providing and depriving individuals of treatment, using unacceptable research methodology, erroneous reporting and the incorrect use of data are ethical consideration. When considered the participants, collecting data, seeking consent, any type of motivation, looking for sensitive information, the probability of causing harm to participants and maintaining of confidentiality are issues, which should be managed in a proper way to avoid any ethical issues.
Approval has been obtained from Human Resources Department of HNB to carry out the above Research among the Staff attached to HNB. Microsoft Excel 2010 is the tool used to analyze the quantitative data gathered. Suitable research methodology, proper reporting system and accurate data were used for the research to maintain high ethical consideration in respect of the researcher. Further, purpose of this research was clearly explained to the employees, who were selected for the sample as participants to avoid any ethical issues related to participants. Close ended questions were developed for the convenient of the participants. The method for quantitative data is the percentages and the descriptive analyzed data.
