It is recommended to the manager to choose the justice approach of Corporate Social Responsibility which creates a balance amongst the different organizational stakeholders and therefore, no problem in signing the safety accord. Moreover, it is also recommended as a leader and as part of society to give compensation to workers affected by the previous factory collapse.
