Introduction
Organizational culture, or the values, attitudes and beliefs held by an organization, directly impacts all the stakeholders of an organization. This assignment looks at a hypothetical scenario from Strait about a situation at private university. The goal is to determine an ethical decision that has the greatest benefits to the stakeholders in this organizational culture. The ethical decision for all stakeholders is to allow the event to continue, require staff to perform job duties as assigned, and require the newspaper to run ads for all student groups. This decision upholds the duty to stakeholders, the students, giving equal access to all students while protecting the views and values of all. It is the duty of staff to perform their job duties as assigned. It is the duty of the school funded newspaper to run ads for all student groups. Teachers and staff may express their opinions and right to assemble outside of their work duties. The newspaper may run editorials as they see fit.
Implementation: Making a Statement The university board should make their decision known to all stakeholders to include the community. The students should be advised that there will be a normal class schedule and those in ROTC are able to attend their event. Staff should be made aware that they are expected to maintain their normal schedule and perform job duties as assigned. The newspaper should run ads from all student groups according to policy. Students, staff and community members have the right to freedom of speech and may peacefully assemble as they wish on their own time.

Staff and students should be monitored per usual accountability procedures. Local resources in the community should be made aware of potential activists groups and their activities. Positive outcomes should be stressed for all involved and the rights of freedom of speech and peaceful assembly should be respected.
Conclusion
Using the six steps to an ethical decision provided a workable framework to break down a complex scenario. It seems, that providing an ethical approach to such a complex situation can be achieved. Perhaps, not all involved in the scenario would agree with the final decision, it is ethical and uphold the best interests of the primary
