ABSTRACT
Ethical dilemma is a situation where you have more than one obligation and choosing between them is difficult. Both alternatives present a positive option―two "goods"―that, unfortunately, the selection of one forecloses the possibility of the other. Additionally each alternative in a dilemma possesses inherent drawbacks that the other alternative avoids. None of the solution for that situation is ideal. They happen infrequently but can be stressful and time-consuming. It is important to anticipate them if possible and you should face it with a management strategy.
