Ethical standards are very valuable because when procedure is not put in charge there would be all types of people who can demolish the criminal justice system. "If no principles are set, the ponds within the organization are upheld to perform justice", and would be able to do anything, scamper the ramped. Currently when we deposit in a checks or charge and balance system every person is taken answerable for their own action. If we put into effect the moral values, and set values for all groups and levels then all group would be tartan and screened so that a number of loopholes might be establish. We also think that if you follow within the guidelines of the law that there would not be out of the way things happening. The checks and balances have to do with the reality that they follow the law with the fact that they are not to do things that are against the law. The police officers, prosecutors, and defense attorney's attorney’s entire have to follow the law and do their job correctly that is with anyone in a job that they must follow the rules.
Our final steps in setting the ethical standard are the Steps that are used in analyzing an ethical predicament:
1. Evaluate all the details
2. Recognize all the concepts and the latent values of each party that might be related to each other, and which cannot be verified empirically.
3. Discover all achievable moral issues for every party concerned, and facilitate us to observe that every party has its own moral or ethical problem is caused by others actions.
4. Decide what is the instant moral or ethical issue facing the individual.
