Since the ethical statement is well organized into four brief, but well-explained points, I find it is easy to understand and practical for everyday use. I believe that New Zealand has honed in on a vital component to student success: educators encouraging the inclusion of the parents and families. When parents are involved, a child’s education is positively impacted (Hara & Burke, 1998).
Construction of New Ethical Statement As a future school leader, who will be working in the international setting, I purposely evaluated a range of ethical statements from different countries and educational organizations and institutions. My intention is to hold my future employees to high ethical standards that are relevant across cultures. To demonstrate how paramount ethics are to me, I will endeavor to set an example through my behavior and choices. The following is the ethical statement I created:
