Ethical Training Sl Young Summary
According to the article, author S.L. Young believes ethics training does not teach individuals how to deal with the internal impact when making an ethical decision. The three internal impacts the author believes impacted are emotionally, physiologically and morally. Individuals learn right from wrong but when faced with tough decision making, individuals tend to battle internally while attempting to make an ethical decision. Unethical activities have a cost associated to individuals, organizations and society if not resolved in a timely manner but there is also a cost to individuals internal health while making a choice.
