Evaluating Behavior: A Case Study
Pt. has a hx of x1 prior hospitalization stay at Riverside Behavioral Health Center in 11/2014 and NNBHC on 04/2015. Pt is compliant with taking his prescribed medications Tenex 1mg, Evekeo 10mg BID, Abilify 5 mg, Clonidine 0.1mg, Zoloft 50 mg.
It has been recommended that the patient receive Acute IP for severe depressive state, SI with a plan and self harming behaviors.
