General Laboratory Tests
Patient 1,2, and 3 has normal urine. Patient 3,4 and 5 do not.
Patient 1,2,3 and ,4 have normal % of neutrohpils in the blood but not patient 5. Patient 1,2,3,4 and 5 have normal % of lymphocyte in the blood. All patients have normal range of monocytes in the blood. Patient 1,3,4, and 5 have normal ensinophils in the blood but not #2.
Clinical Exam Results
Patient 1 on date 8/6 had a bp of 14/88 and on his last date 150/90. Patient 2 on first date had 120/84 to their last date of 118/118 and patient 3 had 110/60 to 112/60. Patient one pulse is 110. 2 pulse is 85. 3 pulse is 80
Imaging Results
Patient 2 and Patient 3 exhibited partial improvement following the administration of the Tensilon. Patients 1, 4, and 5 showed no improvement following the administration of the Tensilon.
Case Map
Patient 1-Patient now complains of nausea and is experiencing intermittent vomiting. Patient is extremely fatigued and dizzy and blood pressure is rising. Patient 2- Oxygen saturation has decreased slightly as the patient noted increased difficulty breathing. Supplemental oxygen was administered. Patient complains of a tingling and weakness in the hands, feet, legs, and arms. Patient has difficulty swallowing and requires a feeding tube.
Culture Results*
All five patients had the presence of the same microorganism in their stool samples. Patient one has a normal urine sample along with patient 2, 3 and 4. Patient 5 urine ids hazy.
