Abstract
This report deals with the survey of the organizational structure of startups and the evolution of organizational culture in startups.The importance of organizational culture in the long run is illustrated. A detailed survey and analysis of organizational cultures of 5 top emerging companies in the globe is given. Comparative analysis of cultures in startups is done. In the end, this paper closes, by playing up the significance and evolution of the culture in startups, and suggesting some imperative steps that should be pursued by every startup in order to insure a long, successful run in the mutant business environment.
