Narrative-
On 13Aug16 at 1324 hrs. I, Deputy Halbasch, was dispatched to the area of Co Rd 2 near blue number 23855 for a dispute call.

Enroute I was informed Josh Dexter & Kim Resch involved some type of disturbance & they pulled over on Co Rd 2. Upon my arrival I located Josh, & I was informed Kim had departed the area. Josh informed me him & Kim had been arguing since yesterday about numerous things and today, they were departing Nevis when they were arguing again. Once the car was stopped, Kim flagged down a 3rd party passing by and asked for a ride back to Nevis.

Josh provided me some info on the last few days and stated neither one of them were under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. Josh stated he was not assaulted and when
