• Jordan’s mother informed the QP she had an appointment today and we could meet in the afternoon; however, she forgot about something she had to do in the afternoon, so she was busy unavailable.
• The resource specialist acknowledged because of where the family lives access to services are limited and the school may not fully know who to deal with Jordan’s sister behaviors.
• The resource specialist offered to take a look at Jordan’s sister IEP as well as requested the QP asked the school to implement a BIP if one of not in place already.

• Jordan’s mother stated Jordan will be going with his grandparents for 3 weeks in June then come back for a week or two weeks then is gone until August.
