CHAPTER I

INTRODUCTION

Kusina De Filipina is composed of the two name which is from the tagalog word of kitchen which is “kusina” and the “Filipina” who called to the girls who lives in the Philippines. We composed this name not just only to show of what our restaurant have but also to show of our love in our country in spite of our products and our business name.

The main objective of this business is in to give people an extra ordinary Pilipino dish that everyone can never forget and to give and joy to the different gatherings and occasions. This business will provide quality foods and services which would serve its trademark and ticket to the enterprising world.

CHAPTER II

MARKETING STUDY

This marketing study is considered to be the most significant factors is doing business project. Its primary concern is to determine the profitability of the business and its continuous demand in the market.
