On August 30, 2013, my husband and I bought a remote controlled toy car worth 5000Php. It includes extra battery for the remote, a charger, and has a six month warranty.
Last September 8, 2013, we noticed that the toy car’s battery is often drained. We tried to charge it but the charger was not working properly. I have decided to consult the problem to the service center of your company but unfortunately they just concluded it was just because of battery without examining it.
I believe that your company should honour my warranty for it states that:
• Any defect found in the product and its accessories within fifteen days replacement period must be replaced and/or fixed.
