This past year, I was walking with my boyfriend in the mall and we happened to go into a jewelry store. We were just looking around and I spotted a beautiful diamond ring. He came over a looked at it and said it was pretty. Well Christmas came and I was wondering if he got it for me. I opened all my presents from him and they were all great except I didn’t get my ring. Well we went to eat and go see a movie, and when he brought me back home I went upstairs to my room and there was a little box lying on my pillow. I opened it up and it was my diamond ring I wanted. I was reaching for my phone to call him and when I turned around he was standing right there. I was so happy! I think a diamond ring is a lot like me for three reasons:
it sparkles, it is always polished, and it is very genuine.
First of all, I’m like my diamond ring because it sparkles just like I think I do. I always like to do my best and try my hardest at everything I do. I always want to make a good impression on everybody. That’s why I sparkle like my diamond ring.
Second of all, I’m like my diamond ring because it is always polished. Every time when I get finished with an assignment I always go over it several times to make sure it’s the best I can do. I like it polish it up so that it’s even better than before. That’s why I’m always polished like my diamond ring.
Thirdly, I’m like my diamond ring because it is very genuine. I like to think that I am a very open and honest person. I always try to do what I think is right. I think I’m a very genuine person. That’s way I’m genuine like my diamond ring.
I sparkle, I’m always polished, and I’m very genuine just like my diamond ring.
