Examples Of Conflict In The Homecoming

In the story, The Homecoming, one type of conflict that occurred was person vs. person. An example of that was how Becky frequently bickered with her sisters and brothers. She did not solve her arguments in a productive way. Instead, she tended to get angry and/or storm off.There were a few person vs. nature conflicts in this story. An albino buck attacked Clay-Boy around the beginning of the story, after he had been attempting to let a doe escape from being entangled in tree limbs. He hid in a tree to get away from the buck, but he soon made and lit a torch and thrust it at the deer causing it to flee. Another example was in the very beginning of the book. Clay-Boy and all of the other characters in the story had trouble due to the weather.
