There were two main problems in the story. The first problem was throughout the whole book. It’s a man vs self conflict because both Bella and Edward knew that they shouldn’t be in a relationship because Edward feels that he is placing Bella's life in danger and Bella is also being pulled away from Edward by her human life(e.g. her dad, friends). However, despite the disapproval of those around them, Bella and Edward take the risk of pursuing a relationship. The second problem was closer to the end, and it’s more dangerous than the previous one. It’s a man vs man conflict because James, a very murderous vampire, who spots Bella at the Cullen’s baseball game and he decides to hunt her down for fun. The Cullens do everything in their power to
